No part or parts of the course material may be duplicated or provided to a third party without the express written permission of RMUC. Additionally, RMUC reserves the right to modify course content and material without notice.
Online Courses & Memberships
The online courses are presented for educational purposes only. The courses are presented online, and therefore subject to certain limitations that may not exist in a live format. Attendee acknowledges the courses are presented online and understands the limitations of the format in which it is presented. Additionally, the delivery of the content to the attendee is dependent upon factors outside the control of RMUC, including but not limited to: internet service available to the attendee, an acceptable updated device with the capability to stream, download and display content, and may be subject to additional charges from service provider. RMUC makes no representations as to any of these items, nor does it provide assistance in any way with the aforementioned factors. The course content is accurate up to the publishing date and is refreshed at (insert interval). Each course provides the opportunity for continuing medical education credits if approved by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education. After a course is taken, it is the responsibility of the attending party to provide documentation of attendance to (governing board). RMUC makes no representation as to the acceptance and approval of credit, only that the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education has provided approval for the attendee to receive credit from content provided. Please consult (governing board) for current conditions and requirements to receive CME credit.
Refunds are only granted within 15 calendar days of purchase, provided the course content has not been accessed. If the course content has been accessed, no refund will be given under any circumstances. If you are within 15 days calendar days of purchase, please email (email) requesting a refund along with your name, address, and last four digits of payment method used to purchase the course. AMSKUC will review your purchase and account and provide you an update or refund within ten days of the email receipt. The refund will be credited to the original payment method, and banks process transactions in different ways and speeds. While we expect your bank to credit the funds within 2-3 business days after a refund is granted, we do not have any control over this process. If a payment is processed in error, we will gladly refund the payment. The refund policy applies to automatic payments for membership fees. All refunds are subject to a reduction of fees incurred in processing the payment or refund. Hard copy publications may be exchanged or returned for a refund within 15 days of the purchase date provided that the products are in a resalable condition (resalable condition implies that the product has not been written on, earmarked, or defaced in any way). Refunds or exchanges will be approved at the discretion of the AMSKUC. Product returns for any reason except defects are subject to a $25.00 restocking fee per item + shipping. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Replacement products will be provided for defective items within 15 days of purchase. Digital publications are not eligible for any refunds. Prices, schedules, and CME credits subject to change without notice.
Processing/Shipping of Product Orders
Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. PST will be processed the following business day. All product orders shipped via UPS. UPS will not deliver to P.O. boxes.
Right of Refusal
Advanced MSK Ultrasound Center is a private organization. Therefore, we reserve the right to deny the sale of any product or service to any entity without disclosure.
