The websites located at https://www.amsku.com, and related Internet websites and social media pages and sites (collectively, our “Site”) are operated by Advanced MSK Ultrasound Center LLC, an Arizona limited liability company, d/b/a Advanced Musculoskeletal Ultrasound Center (“AMSKU”, which may hereinafter be referred to as “us,” “we,” and “our”). AMSKU has created this Privacy Policy to demonstrate our firm commitment to the privacy of our visitors and customers.
Please be aware that any information that you submit to us whether through forms, e-mail, blogs, or other submission means including personally identifiable information, may be publicly displayed on sites hosted by AMSKU. If you don’t want others to see such information, don’t submit it.
SMS and Mobile Messaging
AMSKU respects your privacy regarding mobile communications. If you have opted-in to receive SMS/text messages from us, we will use your mobile number to provide information regarding onboarding, scheduling, training reminders, and access to resources.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Opt-Out: You may opt-out of text messaging at any time by replying "STOP" to any message you receive from us. For assistance, reply "HELP". Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
A Special Notice About Minor Children
Minors (children under the age of 18) are not eligible to use the Site unsupervised. Our Site does not target and is not intended for children under the age of 18, and we will not knowingly collect Personally Identifiable Information from them. We collect Active Information (such as your name, billing address, telephone number, and email) when you set up a Trainee Account or make payments. We also collect Passive Information (via Cookies) such as your browser type and the date/time of your visits to improve your experience on our Site.

We use your information to administer business activities, provide customer support, and process payments. We may share information with subcontractors or service providers (like payment processors) solely to fulfill services for you.
Note: As stated above, mobile/SMS opt-in data is strictly excluded from all data sharing or sales to third parties.

We reserve the right to disclose your personal information to comply with a court order, subpoena, search warrant, or other legal process; to comply with legal, regulatory, or administrative requirements; or to protect and defend AMSKU in legal actions.
