AMSKU SMS Communication Policy
How We Communicate With Our Residents
At the Advanced MSK Ultrasound Center (AMSKU), we use SMS text messages to provide essential, non-promotional information to our enrolled residents. This ensures you receive timely updates about your program, scheduling, and resources directly to your mobile phone.
Your Consent (Our Call-to-Action)
Your consent to receive these messages is collected when you enroll in our residency program. The process is as follows:
- Enrollment Contract: During the enrollment process, you provide your personal contact details, including your mobile phone number.
- Agreement to Terms: The enrollment contract explicitly states that by providing your mobile number, you agree to receive program-related communications via SMS. Signing this contract serves as your express written consent to join our informational messaging program.
This process is our "Call-to-Action" (CTA). By signing the contract, you are opting into receiving important residency-related text messages.
What to Expect
Messages are sent to welcome you to the program, introduce you to your support staff, provide login details for our learning platform, and share reminders for meetings. We are committed to sending only relevant, informational messages.
Here is an example of a message you might receive:
Welcome to AMSKU! We’ve received your signed contract. Liz, your AMSKU assistant, will contact you soon to schedule your orientation.
